The "Wait and Strike" Protocol: Recovering Rate-Limited Accounts

Attackers weaponize WhatsApp’s OTP system to create a persistent rate-limiting DoS state. To recover, a victim must cease all attempts for 24 hours to allow timers to expire before executing a strike between 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
